Pay: $27.29/hr
Location: Downtown Houston (77002)
Hours: 8a - 5p / M-F
Assist in managing the FMLA, prenatal, parental, and infant wellness leave policy for 3, 909 civilian and classified employees. Review all approvals and add information to the internal tracker. Audit and code employee timecards with leave entries and run reports. Submit payroll corrections, process manual FMLA calculations, and maintain the employee files. Experience with FMLA, SAP, MS OFFICE, (Preference: PAYROLL, WEBTIME, KRONOS).
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science, Liberal Arts, or a related field
-Three years of related professional experience in human resources are required. Pertinent experience at the professional level may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis
