Job Title: Warehouse Assembly Worker
Available Shift(s): 1st Shift 7: 30am-5: 00pm Monday - Thursday
Compensation: $15 hr/ plus profit sharing!
Location: Plymouth, MI
Job Type: Permanent/Full Time
Job Summary: The Warehouse Assembly Worker will stack, cut, and sort for a growing company in Plymouth. Warehouse Assembly Worker will prepare form products for Toyota, Ford, The United States Military, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and World Boxing Association (WBA)
Job Description:
Must efficiently and effectively follow all manufacturing procedures required for each job.
Assemble foam with mechanical methods as required.
Accurately record package counts and final part checks.
Pack finished parts in cartons, units, or plastic bags and properly identify with labels or designated methods as required.
Perform all necessary adjustments to produce quality products.
Complete all quality check paperwork and procedures for each job produced.
Dispose of scrap by bailing and storing in a designated area as required.
Understand and demonstrate safe work practices at all times to prevent personal injury.
Inform supervisor of any safety or quality issues.
Maintain equipment as directed by supervisor.
Maintain good housekeeping practices.
Regular, consistent physical attendance.
Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Ability to perform all physical requirements for change over and operations for extended periods of time, including but not limited to:
Bending, reaching lifting (up to 30 lbs.) kneeling, stooping stretching standing for extended periods of time Ability to communicate effectively in the English language (speak, read, and write) with co-workers and work effectively as part of a team.
