We are looking for a Warehouse Technician for an Engineering Manufacturing company in Commerce City, Colorado
Salary range $20-$22 Hourly
Purpose: Meet customer needs through safe, accurate, and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing products, mechanical assembly of valve and automation components and providing facility-related support as requested.
Responsibilities:
Assists in the receiving of products through unloading of trucks, checking accuracy of deliveries, and processing of documentation.
Assists with the safe, accurate storage of inventory within the warehouse.
Assists in the shipping of products through analysis of order information, pulling of inventory, and processing of shipments in accordance with Applied Control and customer expectations.
Performs packaging and pallet/crate preparation to preclude damage during shipment.
Works in a professional manner across all levels of the organization.
Maintains cycle count accuracy of assigned areas.
Participates in physical inventory events as required.
Maintains warehouse/shop area in a safe, clean, orderly and efficient condition.
Assists with facility, warehouse, and maintenance projects as requested.
Performs mechanical valve and actuation assembly tasks as necessary.
Assists with the training of other employees as requested.
Skills/Qualifications:
The ability to consistently work safely in a warehouse/shop environment.
The ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, banding/strapping machine, etc.
Competent in the use of personal computers and navigating between various windows and programs.
Experience in a warehouse and/or mechanical assembly role.
The ability to read, write, and speak English.
The ability to stand, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, lift, and walk for extended periods of time.
The ability to lift/manipulate products up to 75 pounds.
