About the Role AtWork Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented AOI Operator to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Longmont, CO. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in electronics production and inspection. The AOI Operator will be responsible for operating inspection equipment, verifying product quality, and supporting compliance with ISO and ESD standards.
Verify product and process compliance to manufacturing and quality standards.
Identify and communicate defects or nonconformances to the appropriate departments.
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives aligned with ISO standards.
Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and MSD (Moisture Sensitive Device) handling protocols at all times.
Maintain accuracy and consistency in visual inspection and documentation.
Perform repetitive inspection tasks with focus and attention to detail.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
No prior experience necessary training provided.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn specialized inspection software.
Completion of IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification and IPC-A-610 Modules 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 & 8 preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Comfortable working in a structured, production-oriented environment.
Skills & Abilities
Computer proficiency and data entry accuracy.
Excellent visual inspection and manual dexterity.
Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
Pay & Schedule
$20 $24/hr, depending on experience.
First Shift, Full-Time: Monday Thursday, every other Friday.
Additional Information
