Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Processes invoices in coordination with Credit dept
Prepares weekly Receivables reports
Prepares Statements of Account and customer invoices where need so
Assists with collections as needed
Assists with budgeting as needed
Assists with financial statements as needed
Maintains and updates vendor records
Proficiency with MS Excel
Effective interpersonal skills, including proven ability to listen, comprehend, effectively. Communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
Proactive and strong organization skills.
Positive, willing to help and strong customer service skills.
Two or more years of prior accounting experiences preferred.
