The accounting clerk will assist with general accounting office duties, such as accounts payable and receivable transactions, heavy data entry and filing among other tasks.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: • Review and code vendor invoices, and enter approved into Famous software. • Pay invoices weekly – print checks, attach proper documentation, obtain signature, and distribute checks as required. • Create customer invoices in Famous software when needed. • Record customer payments daily. • Communicate with vendors, customers and other departments. • Assist in monthly and year-end close. • Prepare reports and spreadsheets as directed. • Other duties as requested by supervisor.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING: • 2-3 years minimum experience as Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and accounting software • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
