We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a dynamic office environment. Job Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts via email, phone, and other methods
Maintain and update systems, databases, and reports with accuracy
Provide general clerical support and assist with routine office tasks as needed
Job Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Able to read, write, and speak English clearly and effectively
Willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned
Pay: $19.00-$23.00/hr, DOE
Expected hours:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
