B2B Sales Manager Luxury Bath, Plumbing & Durable Goods (Industry Experience Required)
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
A fast-growing leader in luxury bath fixtures and durable goods is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to expand our footprint across retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and public-sector channels.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business using your established industry network.
- Manage and grow accounts with retailers, showrooms, distributors, and online platforms.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, promotions, and program terms.
- Submit bid proposals for hospitality, healthcare, and public-sector projects.
- Represent the brand at tradeshows, client meetings, and industry events.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in bath, plumbing, or durable goods.
- Proven success selling walk-in tubs, whirlpool tubs, faucets, vanities, or similar products.
- Strong network with retailers, showrooms, and distributors (e.G., Home Depot, Lowe s, Wayfair, Ferguson).
- Experience in hospitality or government sales and public bid processes.
- Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (Acumatica preferred).
- Experience with eCommerce and omnichannel B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Compensation:
Base salary + commission on new accounts. Opportunity to grow earnings through performance and business development.
