As an Office Coordinator you would be responsible for various administrative tasks and overseeing different organizational phases to ensure smooth business operations. In addition, you are the first point of contact that someone has with our organization either over the phone or an in-person visiting our office, so a friendly helpful attitude is a must!
Key Responsibilities:
Screen candidates for interviews
Schedule interviews for the branch
Answers telephones and routes calls appropriately
Conduct drug screens and run background checks as required
Assist Recruiter in sourcing activities
Work with team to handle any appropriate administrative functions
Job Requirements:
Inside sales experience a plus
Prior staffing experience a plus
People person, enjoys working with others
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
Great at multitasking
Excellent phone skills
Great negotiation skills
Job Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma
Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred.
Staffing industry experience preferred but not required.
Friendly, persuasive telephone manner.
Possess the ability to learn quickly and work unsupervised, self-motivated.
Organizational skills necessary to follow through on all requests for information and select the appropriate response.
