Job description:

We re looking for a hands-on, bilingual Production Supervisor to join our growing automotive manufacturing team. In this role, you ll lead a diverse group of production employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals while driving a positive, team-oriented culture on the floor. What You ll Do

Lead & Inspire: Supervise and motivate production teams, ensuring collaboration and clear communication across English and Spanish-speaking employees.
Drive Production Excellence: Coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet or exceed production schedules, quality targets, and safety standards.
Problem Solve: Oversee injection molding processes, identify root causes of issues, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Champion Quality & Safety: Enforce all company safety policies and quality standards consistent with automotive industry expectations.
Develop Your Team: Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews to help team members grow and succeed.
Collaborate for Success: Partner with maintenance, engineering, and quality departments to drive continuous improvement and innovation on the production line.
Track Results: Maintain accurate records of production data, team performance, and process metrics (OEE, scrap, efficiency, etc.).
What We re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Technical Knowledge: Injection molding experience (strongly preferred).
Leadership: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and build high-performing teams.
Mindset: Driven, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical or associate degree preferred.
Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Mechanical or technical aptitude related to plastics and molding equipment.
