Boutique financial investment firm in Downtown San Diego has an immediate need for a Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish). In this position, you will:
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office/conference room
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area and copy room are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.G. Pens, envelopes, folders, post its, etc.)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Prepare all outgoing mail, via USPS, Fedex or Certified Mail
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodations as needed
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
• Assist Social Responsibility Committee (organize and develop projects)
• Assist with admin duties and travel & accommodations to the COO
• Assist New Accounts to prepare, audit and opening account contracts
• Coordinate monthly lunch to celebrate birthdays
Ideal applicants will have at least two years of experience in a similar role.
