Client firm seeks an experienced Title Search pro to join their Commercial Real Estate practice group. Friendly & relaxed work atmosphere, paid benefits.
Primary Requirements & Job Duties: Position absolutely requires direct experience in Commercial Real Estate. This position will be comprised entirely of conducting complex title searches and chains of title for real property, reviewing plats, tax maps, easements, liens, etc. Experience with navigating and using county GIS websites is required. Some commercial properties can be very large and made up of many individual plots, with ownership, in some cases, going back 100+ years, so this role requires someone who is highly meticulous, very detail-oriented, and self-motivated, without the need for continuous supervision.
