We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Contact Center Database Curator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Utilize strong communication skills to assist clients effectively while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and improve service delivery.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements in processes.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies regarding cash handling.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to create reports and manage information efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call center or similar customer support role
- Bilingual or multilingual preferred, with strong English communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and written/verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry systems
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
- Previous sales experience is a plus for understanding client needs
