The Contracts Administrator must possess excellent administrative, organization, and research skills. The incumbent must have exceptional interpersonal skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong analytical abilities; Detailed-orientation; Ability to multi-task and prioritize work; Self-starter; Team player; Ability to work under minimal supervision and direction; Ability to solve moderately complex problems. Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat; typing skills of 40 wpm.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
College degree, preferably in Business or equivalent. Minimum of four (4) years' experience in contracts and paralegal work. Experience in bids and contracts a plus.
