Crane Operator Pay: $20- $21 /hr Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 11 pm to 7 am
Crane Operator is responsible for hanging finished parts on racks to be galvanized and moving them with overhead cranes to the staging area. The assistant operator is also responsible for assisting with robot operation as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspect material to ensure quality standards have been met Hang all finished product on proper racking systems Move all racks from production area to staging area using overhead crane Ensure racks are ready for galvanizing process Assist the Robot operator as needed Quality checks on all materials to ensure they are proper and ready to be galvanized
Required Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production environment
Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet conditions, extreme heat, fumes and airborne particles, toxic and caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions.
