Exciting, state-of-the-art printed promotions company seeking Customer Service Reps. Salary increases to $11.00/hr after 90 days, up to $11.50/hr possible.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Offer timely responses to Requests for Quotes
  • Process custom orders following standard procedures with interior co. departments
  • Call every custom web submission lead prior to responding via email with a quote
  • Reply to customer service inquiries as they appear, in a timely manner, and confirm with team-co-workers that a reply has not already been sent, to avoid duplicating responses
  • Resolved customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to management and communicating with customer in a timely manner
  • Assist team, when needed, in conducting thorough and timely follow-up after attending trade shows, customer meetings, email blasts, etc.
  • Build a level of professional and technical knowledge of the promotional printing industry

Experience/Education Required:

  • HS Diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Mathematical skills - able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Reasoning - able to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form
  • Typing (45+ WPM), MS Word and MS Excel required. Must pass assessment tests for Typing, Word and Excel
