Job Responsibilities: - Assist dentists chairside during all procedures. - Capture and process dental X-rays accurately. - Stock, organize, & disinfect operatories. - Ensure proper instrument sterilization - Review the doctor s daily schedule & prepare treatment rooms - Enter treatment plans provided by the doctor into the office management system. - Manage time effectively to keep the schedule running smoothly and maintain communication with the front desk. - Maintain a tracking system to monitor and confirm readiness of all lab work before patient appointments. - Order, receive, & organize dental supplies. - Collaborate with the doctor and scheduler to coordinate patient appointments and assist with maintaining schedules - Provide support to hygienists and administrative staff as needed
Requirements: - Must be X-Ray certified - 1 year or more of dental experience or completion of a dental assisting program - CPR certification
