Role Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Service Operations to lead and optimize our service functions. This key role oversees day-to-day operations, enhances efficiency, ensures excellent customer support, and drives overall service profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate service operations across departments. - Plan and monitor daily business activities for smooth execution. - Develop and improve technical service strategies and KPIs. - Oversee procurement, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Manage customer support processes to maximize satisfaction and profitability. - Review work orders, invoices, and ensure operational accuracy. - Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing service teams. - Maintain vendor and partner relationships.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of success in operations management. - Strong leadership, delegation, and conflict management skills. - Experience with budgeting and organizational effectiveness. - Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email. - Flexible, detail-oriented, and people-focused.
Pay: $135, 000.00 - $150, 000.00 per year
