We are looking for an Event Coordinator to help with events, trade shows, and employee events.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for events
• Effectively working with customers and vendors and executive staff
• Organizing and planning of all events
• Calendaring and registration process
• Working with graphic designers for material required
Ideal Candidate will have...
• BA/BS degree required
• Minumum 3 years experience in event and trade show planning
• Experience with social media
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Outstanding multitasking skills
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
Salary: $22.00 per hr. This position is full-time, Temp/Hire. Fully benefited work opportunity!
