Job Description
Finishing-Painter 1st shift 5: 00am-1: 30pm Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or wholesale is preferred. Punctual, responsible, and reliable; attention to detail. Minimum 2 years of commercial power tool experience (sander, grinder, repairing rolls) is preferred. Team player, Ability to follow directions well and learn tasks easily. Being in proximity and working with Resin and other materials such as resin and catalysts. Ability to work long hours in a hot environment in summer. Pass drug test and background check. Must pass respirator test and mask fitting test. Men can have small mustache and goatee, no full beard.
Finishers must train on 1st shift 4-6 weeks before moving to other shift
