Surface Preparation: Buff and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness prior to the application of finish. Finish Application: Apply coats of varnish, polyurethane, or other finishes to seal and protect wood surfaces. Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate and maintain sanding machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaboration: Work closely with internal team members (Rob, Vern, and other crew) to meet project specifications. Quality Control: Inspect floors for smoothness and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
