The ideal candidate will be performing the following duties
Account Management and Leadership:
Manage and build positive, strong relationships with client
* Lead and manage regular onsite client visits
* Ensure all parties are aware of project status, issues and successes
* Document and distribute detailed agendas, meeting minutes, and action items from key cross-functional meetings
* Develop, design and present client facing presentations that provide our partners with key insights and recommendations
* Ensure reports produced by Professional Services are aligned with Client's priorities and areas of interest
* Understand Client's business objectives and goals
* Recognize opportunities that compliment both ibex and the client's collaborative strategy
* Pro-actively develop strategies to effectively assist Client in achieving their business goals
* Conduct annual strategic alignment meetings with Senior Management and Client
System Expertise:
As the liaison between ibex and the Client, you will be required to become a system expert and know the system inside out as would a Client's Dealership employee
* Conceptualize, develop, and document all business specifications for various program enhancements and system changes
* Facilitate User Acceptance Testing on all system changes and provide demonstrations of new features to clients and colleagues
* Build and document knowledge about the client's program rules, business workflows and technical setup
* Identify and manage areas of risk/opportunity
* Implement continuous improvements to the process
* Recognize training opportunities with clients and colleagues and execute training presentations as required
* Perform daily monitoring of system performance
* Create and deliver monitoring reports for Client
* Identify and log any system bugs
* Get in front of issues
* Assume responsibility in resolving Client issues
* Liaise with internal stake holders to ensure Client issue is resolved within SLA parameters
* Provide innovative, logical and tactical solutions to address customer needs and solve issues as they arise
* Keep Client updated in order to avoid escalation to Senior Management
* Escalate to Senior Management as required to avoid Client escalation to Senior Management
Project Management
* Project management experience with large ongoing tracking programs (customer satisfaction, brand/advertising tracking)
* Proven success in ensuring that projects are supported and executed on time, on budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction
* Drive work with key stakeholders cross functionally within the ibex organization
* Track, follow up on process dependencies and communicate status to Senior Management and required stakeholders within ibex
* Excel in a fast pace start-up environment with the ability to meet quick deadlines
Professional Requirements
* University degree or equivalent experience
* A minimum of five years Account Management experience which includes managing projects and exceling at developing operational and executive level relationships
* Ability to grasp technical language and concepts
* Experience using Go To Meeting, Skype, Smart Sheets and JIRA
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Market Research experience is an asset
* Automotive industry experience is required
