Job Description

Are you a handyman with excellent carpentry skills? This position is for you!

Our Handyman Carpenters work with homeowners and project managers after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.

Hours: 8am-5pm M-F
Pay: $18-$23/hr DOE

What you will do

- Repair homes after damage occurs
Work to post-construction punch lists including things like:
- Carpentry / Framing
- Cabinet installation and removal
- Window installation
- Drywall (hang, tape, mud, texture, finish)
- Paint
- Floor installation
- Tile installation
- Trim (base and crown)

- Answer questions from homeowners.
- Assist with the mitigation team in demo or other tasks as needed

Construction project management experience is a plus!
