Our client, an established Manufacturing and Installation Company here in Raleigh is seeking an experienced HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST & BUSINESS PARTNER for Immediate Hire. This is a Direct Hire Full time , exempt position.
- Base Salary- 50k-55K/yr.

Typical Work Schedule: M-F: 8am-5pm with some flexibility needed from time to time

Successfully communicate, work inter-departmentally with Managers, Supervisors and all employees ensuring a transparent and motivating culture.
Perform daily/weekly/monthly duties including payroll, benefits administration including 401K, recruiting, training, safety, onboarding/offboarding, terminating, exit interviews, administering DOT drug policy, suggesting changes to company policies and hand books, and performance evaluation administration.
Other duties will include, travel arrangements at times, some administrative tasks, Employee Uniform & Cell phone Maintenance, event planning, Monthly newsletter, background & badging process and completion when needed, and other various duties as assigned.
Ability to meet deadlines, a multi-tasker, detail oriented, and organized with proficient data entry skills
Experience in performance evaluation administration.
BA/BS in Human Resources/Accounting/Business Management
Candidate must have 3+ years successful experience in an HR generalist role, having had the experience described to meet the responsibilities of this position
Up to 30% travel, recruiting and developing relationships with colleges and universities and other organizations
Advanced/intermediate skilled in excel, word, powerpoint, Experience in Visual/Info a plus
Ability to help determine strategies to hire quality personnel.
Candidate should be skilled in presentation development.
Must be proficient in basic accounting.
Ideal candidate would be familiar with Gantt Charts, Microsoft Project and or Team Center..
Time Management and excellent communication skills are a must.
