Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives and support organizational growth through effective human capital management. The Human Resources Generalist will collaborate across departments to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure HR processes align with company objectives.

This is a day shift position

Monday-Friday from 8: 00am to 5: 00pm

Direct Hire position

$55, 000 to $60, 000 annual salary BOE

Responsibilities
Manage talent acquisition processes.
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives.
Administer employee benefits programs and manage benefits-related inquiries.
Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation policies.
Handle employee relations issues, conflict management, and performance management processes to foster a positive work environment.
Conduct employee evaluations and support succession planning and organizational design efforts.
Support change management initiatives and strategic planning activities related to workforce management.
Maintain accurate HR data entry.
Assist with affirmative action planning, HR sourcing strategies, and diversity initiatives.
Manage contracts related to employment terms and company policies while ensuring legal compliance.
Utilize social media management tools for employer branding and recruitment outreach.


Experience
Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
Knowledge of employment & labor law including FMLA regulations and OSHA standards.
Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding processes, employee evaluation systems, and performance management tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction across all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage benefits administration using platforms such as Paychex or Workday effectively.
Prior experience with conflict resolution, employee relations programs, and organizational development is preferred.
