In this position you will be responsible for receiving and accurately entering orders from customers and Sales Representatives in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for various reporting on orders, Feedback Forms, orders entered and assists the team and other departments in a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:
• Receive customer orders through a variety of sources including fax, email, mail, internal customers and other Customer Care Representatives.
• Enter data into the Oracle system with accuracy and within department performance indicators.
• Make outbound calls to Sales Reps/Customers if clarification on order information is needed.
• Issue Credit / rebills to the Credit/Rebill processor when applicable.
• Ensure accurate information is relayed when handling returns.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned and in accordance with time availability.
• Be the primary backup for mailroom including processing of invoices and statements and outgoing mail.
• Cover receptionist desk and duties during breaks, lunch, and PTO (if applicable).
Requirements:
A dependable, honest, hard-working person who enjoys teamwork and is a positive influence on others. Someone who is detail oriented, focused on accuracy, can follow systems, is able to multi-task and communicate effectively. Orders processing 50+ order per day.
Background:
• 2+ years of experience in data entry, order processing, and customer service.
• Intermediate or better experience with programs such as Word, Excel, Cognos Reporting, including the ability to compose and understand data grouping and data selection criteria and formulas.
• Previous Oracle experience is preferred.
