Maintenance Lead Miami Gardens | Manufacturing Industry | Full-Time
A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to oversee the daily activities of the maintenance team and support plant operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance technicians and daily assignments
- Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and ISO 9001 standards
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
- Collaborate with Purchasing to obtain repair parts
- Oversee contractor work and ensure quality
Requirements:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with PLCs, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
