Job Responsibilities: Operate production machines to create and trim plastic parts Make machine adjustments to meet product specs and reduce downtime Perform visual inspections of parts Set up machinery as directed by shift lead Read and apply quality documents and product specifications
Requirements 1+ year in manufacturing or entry-level with strong work ethic 6+ months of machine operation experience preferred Reliable transportation and strong attendance history Able to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 40 lbs occasionally Willing to learn injection molding machinery and quality standards Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to work on your feet for up to 10 hours/day Team player with a problem-solving mindset English or Spanish language skills required
