Marketing - Property Management Listings

The Marketing Control Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the marketing of Company property inventory on the Company website and public listing sites. This position will be responsible for maintaining an accurate representation of all current inventories.
Responsible for website maintenance including reviewing and updating postings, removing inventory and banners on Company website and public listing sites; creates and lists available properties on websites and public postings; maintains accurate information regarding property listings on website and other public websites by coordinating with field personnel to obtain surveys, pictures, and other marketing materials.
Knowledge • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required. • Background in Marketing within the Real Estate or the Property Management industry preferred. • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus. • Photoshop a plus * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field a plus.
