In need of an OFFICE COORDINATOR in Temecula!
Friendly and professional CLERICAL CANDIDATES wanted for local Temecula company.
M-F Position.
8am-5pm
Excellent opportunity - looking to hire immediately.
Experience we are looking for:
-Must have great customer service skills.
-Experience with Data Entry in a fast paced environment.
-Payroll
-Employee On Boarding/New Hire Paper work
-Front Desk/Reception
-Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Data Entry
-Ability to interact with clients and staff in a positive manner
-Ability to handle multi-line phone system
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Multitasking
-Bilingual is a plus!
