Key Responsibilities:
Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding their individual needs and preferences. Guide patients through the eyewear, frame, and lens selection process using product knowledge to recommend the best fit and style. Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and frame features to ensure satisfaction and confidence in their purchase. Clearly explain insurance benefits and coverage options. Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using company-provided training and tools. Collaborate closely with the Optometrist and team members to ensure each patient receives comprehensive and accurate service. Support office goals and sales plans through relationship-based interactions and trust-building. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and participate in general office duties as needed. Uphold company values and represent the brand with professionalism and care.
Qualifications: Previous experience in optical sales, retail, or healthcare preferred (but not required training provided). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
