We are seeking a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join a local, established insurance agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling insurance products that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze client needs effectively.
What We Bring - $32, 000-42, 000 salary plus commission - Consistent hours - 8: 30am-5pm, M-F - Stability and Work Environment - Agents have stayed with us for 15 plus years on average - P&C License sponsorship available
What You Bring - Proven experience in inside sales or retail sales environments. - Understanding of insurance products and consultative selling techniques - Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. - Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products. - Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients. - At least 1 year of sales experience. - 1-5 years preferable insurance experience. - Ability to work independently.
