Well-established property management firm in Santee, CA, is seeking a HR Administrator/Payroll Administrator. This is a 32-hour a week position with full benefits. In this capacity, you will be responsible for processing the hours worked, bonuses, retroactive pay increases, taxes, insurance, garnishments, tax liens, and authorized deductions to be withheld, and employee identification numbers, from online timekeeping software and paperwork submitted by managers and employees. You will also handle benefits administration and general HR needs.
To succeed in this role, you will want to have:
5 years of payroll experience
3 years of benefits administration
