Pharmacy Call Center Representative

As a Pharmacy Call Center Professional you will specialize in fielding questions and handling inquiries from members, prescribers, and pharmacies, increasing customer satisfaction and lifetime value. You will have the opportunity to make sure the member has a positive customer experience and their needs are met promptly and efficiently. We provide the right information at the right time to help our members make better decisions.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred but not required
• Strong computer proficiency
• High-level communication and customer relations skills
• Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply
Experience & Education
• 3-5 years of previous call center experience
• Pharmacy experience preferred but not required
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Healthcare background a plus!
