AtWork is seeking experienced Regional Field Technicians to join a nationwide team supporting industrial laundry operations. This is a travel-based position, ideal for technicians who enjoy hands-on mechanical and electrical work and want to be part of large-scale installation and service projects.
What You’ ll Do:
Install, service, and maintain industrial laundry systems across multiple U.S. Locations.
Work in rotations (typically 4– 8 weeks on the road, followed by 1 week at home).
Troubleshoot and commission complex mechanical and electrical systems.
Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient installations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, including familiarity with industrial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, feeders, folders); prior laundry industry experience is required.
Strong mix of mechanical and electrical skills.
Experience in material handling, HVAC, and low-voltage electrical systems.
Ability to read control wiring diagrams and understand PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and work in a rotation schedule.
Pay: $32–$40 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Nationwide — preference for candidates near major airports in the Northeast and Southwest.
