Account Manager

Due to continued growth, Atwork Personnel Services is looking to hire a Staffing Account Manager. This Account Manager will be responsible for the sales process of short and long-term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing business opportunities and managing existing relationships with new and established clients.

Compensation

Paid per hour based on experience plus monthly commission.

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will be a team player to ensure the long-term relationship with our customers and success of AtWork Personnel Services.

You will be responsible for the long-term relationship with our clients, connecting with Human Resource Managers, Department Managers, and key business executives. You will be a liaison between clients and Staffing Coordinators to ensure timely and successful solutions according to the client’s needs.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Research and source potential candidates through Internet searches and job boards.
  • Cold calling, whether being on the phone or going business to business.
  • Enter clients into data base and keeping needed notes on clients.
  • If needed, assist in reviewing applications and resumes to qualify potential candidates.
  • Interviewing potential candidates.
  • Call and set meetings with client’s key management and executives.
  • Conduct meeting with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a relationship with clients.
  • Assist in career fairs.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

 

Requirements

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience.
  • Experience on delivering client staffing solutions based on client’s needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, well organized, and reliable.
