The Selling Branch Manager manages overall staffing branch operations at a single location, and is responsible for operational, sales and recruiting performance. This key hands-on position requires a high degree of commitment and leadership ability in addition to strong operational and sales knowledge. The Selling Branch Manager uses highly-developed interpersonal skills and subject matter knowledge to educate, mentor, motivate and drive branch associates to peak performance. This position reports to senior management. Competitive compensation, benefits and performance bonuses package.
Minimum Requirements for the SELLING BRANCH MANAGER:
• High school diploma or equivalent GED required
• Degree AA, BA, BS preferred, HR Certifications a plus
• 5+ years minimum management / leadership experience, sales and account management with a demonstrable sales success results and proven track record
• Any combination of education and experience that satisfies position prerequisites
• Ability to identify, build and nurture associate, candidate and client relationships
• Ability to lead, mentor, educate and motivate staff
• Ability to work independently with self-guided direction
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Performance metrics-oriented, competitive attitude
• Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
• Experience with a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate and persuade - not easily intimidated
• Excellent computer skills – MS Office, ability to learn and apply new technology
• Valid Driver's License with no major incidents (DUI, Suspension, etc.) in past 7 years
