Service Manager
We re currently hiring a Service Manager to lead operations, improve service processes, and support team growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support service team performance
- Oversee work orders, proposals, and customer requests
- Monitor shop maintenance and equipment needs
- Track KPIs and implement process improvements
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Travel to customer sites as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in service management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Organized, adaptable, and customer-focused
- Proficient in MS Office
Pay: $85, 000.00 - $95, 000.00 per year
