We are looking for PCB solder (surface mount and through-hole soldering).1st shift 6: 00 am - 2: 30 pm2nd shift 2: 00 pm - 10: 30 pmSalary $18-22 HourlyMust have the ability to read assembly drawings and perform tasks with limited verbal instructions. Ability to perform surface mount soldering, de-soldering and thru-hole soldering.Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Assemble boards using written process instructions, assembly drawings and visual aids.Ability to perform surface mount soldering and de-soldering, thru-hole soldering.Complete quality work by self-inspection.Ability to recognize defective materials and disposition them appropriately.Ability to use microscope while soldering and inspecting SMT components.Qualifications: 3 plus years of Printed Circuit Board Assemble experience.Ability to read and understand process instructions and assembly drawingsAbility to work independently and as a member of a team.Ability to problem-solve a variety of problems of a moderate scope and complexity.Able to meet tight datelines and to work at a fast pace environmentAbility to read and speak English.Education and Experience: High SchoolGED EquivalentMinimum of 2-3 years experienceQuality inspection experience, a plusIPC A-610 or J-Std certification, a plusSMT machine operator experience, a plusLean/6 Sigma, a plus
