Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Stamping Operator to join one of our top clients in Midway, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating stamping machinery and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and quality inspection. The Stamping Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality and precision in our manufacturing operations.
Recruiting for all shifts: 1st- 7: 00am to 3: 30pm ($17.50) 2nd- 3: 00pm to 11: 30pm ($18.00) 3rd- 11: 00pm to 7: 30am ($18.50)
Duties Operate Stamping machines and other equipment as required. Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances. Read/interpret blueprints and written/oral instructions to understand project requirements. Conduct basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments. Use hand tools effectively for assembly and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in operating machinery, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with quality inspection processes and standards. Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Experience with hand tools and stamping machine operations is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
