Job Description

We are looking for the right individual to join our team and fill the open position as our Stock Room Receiving Clerk.

If you ve worked in roles that required you to be proactive, organized, and forward-thinking with strong interpersonal and computer skills we d love to hear from you!

This is a hands-on repair and manufacturing environment with a casual, blue-collar culture. If you're comfortable getting your hands dirty and have solid experience with inventory management, receiving, and clear communication (both in person and via email), this could be a great fit!

Schedule 8AM-5PM

Location: Wake Forest

Pay starting at $18-$19/HR based on experience level

Responsibilities:

Properly account for incoming goods.
Assuring all products meet company standards and no damaged items are received.
Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders.
Ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list.
Packaging products for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary.
Preparing and processing purchase orders.
Scheduling and verifying purchase deliveries.
Packaging products for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary.
Receiving, storing, and issuing of inventory items to ensure proper inventory levels.
Performing physical inventory counts to ensure that the storeroom is sufficiently stocked.
Storing and organizing materials in store-room.
Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchase needs.
Communicating with managers regarding inventory issues.
Requirements:

Strong computer proficiency.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and detail-oriented record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle details and accurately meet the needs of multiple requests.
