Job Summary: Support operations team to elevate as many admin responsibilities as possible so operations team can focus on growing the business.
Office Admin Responsibilities:
• Process accurate payroll for all locations
• Speak with payroll specialists at clients sites to ensure all payroll and billing is accurate
• Assist with inputting individuals into outside time systems in different locations
• Handle all employee payroll issues
• Ensure deductions are in and we are deducting more than we are spending
• Input and manage benefit deductions
• Ensure tempserv is up to date, clean, employee's have all of their pre-employment docs completed including I9's
• Manage unemployment claims
• Complete all employment verification forms
• Coordinate with corporate regarding any invoice discrepancies or edits
• Create and spearhead any atwork online marketing campaigns
• Complete any Accounts Receivable calls if needed
• Organize and post open job requisitions on all job boards
• Assist recruiting team with set up, planning and executing of any job fairs as needed
• Support entire team with any technology issues that may arise
• Assist with organizing and re-setting office if needed
• Take any special customer project requests, making video's, visuals ect regarding specific client needs/orientations ect.
• Run background checks as needed
• Be the Liaison between the branch and all @Work approved vendors
• Help with resume searches as needed
• Be the go to person for any special projects or special customer requests not directly relating to recruiting
Key Performance Indicators
• Sustain or lower UIA tax rate
• Ensure a positive margin between supply costs and deductions
• Ensure a break even margin between payroll advances and petty cash fund
