Warehouse Manager Direct Hire
Location: Miami, FL 33166 | Salary: $70, 000/year + benefits
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee inbound/outbound materials and ensure compliance with safety, food safety, security, and good manufacturing principles. Work closely with Procurement, Plant Operations, and Quality Control to support material distribution across plants, distribution centers, and end customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily tasks for Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse, and satellite locations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain audit readiness.
- Conduct safety walks and enforce regulatory and company standards.
- Monitor KPIs for shipping, receiving, inventory, and cycle counting.
- Communicate inventory reports and discrepancies to management and customer service.
- Coordinate staff schedules and oversee supply chain operations.
- Manage root cause analysis for operational issues and ASN discrepancies.
- Coordinate product sorting, hold returns, and QA-related activities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
- Able to work any shift, including weekends and overtime.
- Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.
- Familiarity with box coding, shelf-life rotation, inventory, scanners, and shipping schedules.
- Ability to work in freezer, refrigeration, and dry goods environments.
- Basic computer skills.
