Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
We are looking for a Program Coordinator to lead the Yehi Ohr Program, a culturally sensitive counseling and educational initiative serving the Orthodox Jewish community. This role balances direct client counseling with program development, community outreach, and coordination with schools and religious institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling (in-person or virtual)
- Coordinate educational and training programs, including the Safety Program
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with licensing & accreditation standards
- Track caseload, review performance, and support staff productivity
- Build and maintain relationships within the Orthodox Jewish community
- Develop promotional materials and participate in community events
- Complete program reports and submit performance data
Qualifications:
Master s in Mental Health, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC (or eligible in Florida) preferred
2+ years experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapy modalities
Bilingual preferred; cultural sensitivity required
Proficient in Microsoft Office & EHR systems
